請問低溫烘培黑芝麻

日前,買了黑芝麻,想要在家自行低溫烘培,我家的烤箱是可以上下不同溫的烤箱,想請問低溫烘焙的溫度及時間,及如果是用火炒的話,該怎麼做?中火?時間?是否還有其他該注意的事項?謝謝...
