三星上將梨評鑑 蔡秋彥拿特等獎

〔自由時報記者江志雄／三星報導〕三星地區農會昨天舉辦上將梨品質評鑑比賽，由新北市三重區遷居三星鄉的「新住民」蔡秋彥勇奪特等獎。

評分標準：外觀及果形、質地與風味、糖度各占三十％，重量十％；擔任總講評的前台中區農改場研究員廖萬正說，今年天候得宜，外觀及果形都比往年好，三星鄉因日夜溫差大、果園排水佳，上將梨吃起來脆又甜，整體品質明顯優於西部縣市高接梨。

首獎得主蔡秋彥出身三重，年輕時在大台北地區當上班族，後來轉往梨山種梨，看中三星鄉的好山好水，十五年前到此購地種起上將梨，得過評鑑比賽的頭等獎、貳等獎、參等獎，這次摘下象徵最高榮譽的特等獎。

蔡秋彥說，栽培上將梨沒撇步，必須按步就班，他常參加農改場講習汲取專業知職，並透過果園管理實務，累積經驗，得獎很高興，也會更加努力。

得獎名單如下：特等獎蔡秋彥；頭等獎黃錦欽、林德睦、陳武雄、簡俊哲；貳等獎陳正孝等六人；參等獎高玉龍等十人。
