中國出口數字遠差於預期 第2季經濟增長堪慮

中國今天公布進出口數據，其中 6 月出口較去年同期下跌 3.1%，是 2012 年 1 月以來首度下降，而進口也較去年同期減少 0.7%，均嚴重低於市場預期。如此難看的數據，無疑加深了對第 2 季經濟增長放緩的憂慮。

《MarketWatch》報導，雖然出口數據遠低於經濟學家預期，不過與上月相較，出口金額仍由 5 月的 204 億美元，提高到 6 月的 271.3 億美元，《Dow Jones 通訊社》的預期則是 277.5 億美元。

中國自從 4 月發布遠超預期的出口數字之後，數據的收集方式及精準度，就受到多位分析師的質疑，並且認為出口商偽造假的出口數據，來逃避課稅。於是中國外匯監管機構宣布打擊出口商偽造數據，接下來，5、6 月的出口成長均低於預期。

《路透社》報導，海關總署公布的 6 月數據，出口到最大貿易夥伴美國的數據，較去年同期下滑高達 5.4%，出口往歐盟更下落 8.3%。

上海申銀萬國證券經濟學家李慧勇表示，令人訝異的 6 月出口數字，代表在外在需求低迷下，中國經濟第 2 季下行的壓力增加。預計今年下半年出口仍將遭受挑戰，中國政府打擊投機交易，將繼續讓出口承受壓力。

李克強昨天發表談話，表示會讓 GDP 達標，CPI 不超過上限。中國政府正努力於經濟轉型，對成長趨緩也展現較大的容忍度，但是他們仍需避免失業問題擴大，而威脅社會的穩定。

目前經濟學家多預期中國第 2 季經濟成長滑落到 7.5%，而現在也看不出經濟復甦的跡象，正考驗新領導班子為求長期的發展，現階段所能容忍經濟放緩的極限。
