瑞士與中國6日簽署自由貿易協定

根據華爾街日報報導，瑞士經濟部長施奈德阿曼(Johann Schneider-Ammann)將於明(6)日前往北京會晤中國商務部長，雙方將簽署自由貿易協定(FTA)，這將是中國與西方主要經濟體首次簽署此類協定。

瑞士政府於4日表示，該國經濟部長施奈德阿曼將於週六(6日)飛往北京會晤中國商務部長，雙方將共同簽署自由貿易協定。瑞士與中國的自由貿易協定已談判約3年半，簽署後還需經過瑞士議會的批准。

此次自由貿易協定包含智慧財產權的保護，以及降低瑞士產品進口關稅的條款，包含藥品、手錶與機床產品。由於目前中國已是瑞士手錶第3大市場，加上進口中國的手錶須被課以11%的關稅，超過1500瑞士法郎則必須繳納20%奢侈稅，因此瑞士希望透過降低手錶進口關稅，進而刺激中國消費。

報導指出，中國是瑞士第3大的出口市場，僅次於歐盟與美國，去年瑞士出口總值約為78.3億瑞士法郎(約新台幣2500億元)，中國對瑞士出口總值達102.09億瑞士法郎(約新台幣3200億台幣)。

此次自由貿易協定細項將於週六公佈，部分稅項將立即調降，部分則逐年下調。

中國為全球第二大經濟體，今年4月與冰島簽訂自由貿易協定，是中國首次與歐洲國家簽署FTA。上個月中國則與台灣簽署服務貿易協議，在台灣引發一陣軒然大波。
