核四公投案　林鴻池：臨時會一定處理

立院今天針對臨時會相關議程，舉行朝野協商，國民黨團提出議程草案，包含總預算等43案；其中核四公投案，排在第27案。
 
國民黨立委、政策會執行長林鴻池說，臨時會先優先處理民眾關切、高度共識、沒有爭議的法案，包括濕地法、職安法、公路法及組織法等。
 
至於核四公投案，林鴻池說，核四問題立院無法決定，就應交人民決定，臨時會一定會處理。
