我的電腦怪怪的= =

1.假如我開5個網頁，我只要關一個視窗，全部都關起來，去年就是這樣了。
為什麼會這樣子啊??該怎麼處理??

2.只要到晚上7點就會出現，有藍色的框框，中間有個粗粗的線條(黃色)而且只要中間粗粗的的線條滿了就會關全部的網頁，假如我開5個網頁(我都還沒關)，但是自動關起來了，我稱它清除系統(但不是清除系統垃圾)，我不斷每天7點一直關系統，只要我去上個廁所幾秒而已，馬上把全部網頁刪除。

那是什麼東東啊↑，該怎麼弄掉，

我的是windows 7 (桌上型的)

希望電腦專家可以解決我的問題
