sim卡密碼 問題

我原本的手機是nokla的，sim卡是中華電信的，
最近接收了家人的一隻Samsung(Anyacll)，
但是當我把sim卡，換到Samsung的手機後，
他首先要求我輸入pin碼，輸入完後，
他又要求我輸入sim卡密碼，
不管是sim卡上的數字，或是pin密碼，或一些類似密碼的數字我都輸入過了，
但就是進不去，他都會顯示(sim卡密碼錯誤)。

為什麼呢? nokla那隻我只要輸入pin碼就可以了，
但Samsung的卻還要輸入sim卡密碼?

一開始我打給中華電信，他說這要問Samsung的客服中心，
後來我又打去Samsung，他說這是中華電信那邊要處理的，
這個程序循環了兩次，後來Samsung客服說要找工程師幫我處理，
打來後，那個工程師也說不知道，他說可能要去當初買手機的地方問問，
我還沒去問，希望哪位好心人士能夠幫幫我解決這問題!
