快播 當機問題~~~~20點

以前是用113看影片 但速度真有點慢....

所以之前下載快播 大概有幾月了

但有時看影片 卻突然會當機
有時只有聲音 畫面都不能動 連ctrl+alt+F4 都沒用
只能強制重開機...我怕傷電腦

這會是跟其他軟體 衝突到?

我的是win7 能有辦法解決嗎??
