房貸證券案 花旗與美政府和解

（法新社華盛頓29日電） 法院文件今天顯示，花旗集團（Citigroup）已經就銷售房屋抵押貸款證券給獲得政府資助的貸款機構訴訟，與美國聯邦住房金融局達成和解。

美國聯邦住房金融局（US Federal Housing Finance Agency）提出這起訴訟。

根據紐約法院的訴訟文件，法官柯特（Denise Cote）表示，雙方達成和解協議，結束訴訟。

和解條款並未公布。

美國聯邦住房金融局2011年9月提起訴訟，指控花旗集團及另外16家金融機構違反聯邦證券法規，銷售房屋抵押貸款證券給房利美（Fannie Mae）及房地美（Freddie Mac）。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
