衛生署升格衛生福利部　立院三讀通過

立法院今天晚上三讀通過《衛生福利部組織法》等相關法案，將衛生署升格為衛生福利部，原本內政部負責的社會救助、家暴、性侵等業務，都改移交衛福部主管；衛福部下設疾病管制署、食品藥物管理署、健保署、國民健康署、社會及家庭署、國民年金局；另外特設國家中醫藥研究所。
