Power Amp or Clear Bass

想請問，PC 端有類似 Power Amp or Clear Bass 的音樂撥放軟體嗎?

我用手機開 Power Amp 接喇叭，
重低音就是比在電腦接喇叭撥放更重，
音源都一樣是 FLAC 檔，同一首歌，
我對這塊不太了解，還是跟音效卡有關?
用過 KM Player AIMP 千千靜聽有的沒的，
播出來的重低音就是比不了 Power Amp
請各位指教了
