我朋友在一間小農場工作
工作年資共18年(原住民目前51歲)
2月時農場收起來不做了
但老板不發給遣散費
農場沒去註銷
目前勞健保我朋友說還保在那裡
但老板就不肯給遣散費
4月份農場租人
我朋友到新農場工作
他想說要把勞健保轉到新的農場來
我跟他說先不要
怕以前的老板會說是他自動要離職
這樣就更拿不到遣散費了

請問我該如何幫助他?
他這樣的情形應該可以要求遣散費吧?
