害曳引車打滑撞車濱海公路塞爆　警追漏油車

今天下午1時許，濱海公路78公里處水湳洞路段，路面疑似有車輛漏油散布油污，1輛曳引車剛好經過該處，不慎打滑失控，整輛車橫在路中央，造成濱海公路全線中斷1個多小時，車流回堵4公里之長。

曳引車駕駛表示，他從基隆往宜蘭方向行駛，在上坡時才發現路面上有油漬，想要慢慢煞車已經來不及，目前警方將要追查疑似漏油的車輛，釐清肇事責任歸屬。
